URALVAGONZAVOD Research and Production Corporation became a partner of the Povetkin-Klitschko fight. WBA heavyweight regular champion Alexander Povetkin met Heavyweight Super World, WBA, WBF, WBO and IBO Champion Wladimir Klitschko in a 12-round fight at Olimpiyskiy Sports Complex.
The boxing match aroused tremendous interest – 14 000 people watched it at the ring and most of the Russian citizens – on TV. The livestream was available in 150 countries.
According to UVZ CEO Oleg Sienko, such events spark interest for all kinds of combat sports and promote sports.
